Gangaramaya Buddhist Temple
A combination of various architectural styles, this beautiful Buddhist temple is a huge complex housing the sacred Bodhi Tree and relics of Lord Buddha. Beira Lake

Sri Kailawasanathan Swami Devasthanam Kovil
Locally known as the Hindu Temple, this is the largest & the oldest Hindu shrine in Colombo. Its beautifully sculpted rainbow Gopuram (gateway), with towers on both sides, is a gorgeous sight. Dedicated to Lord Shiva & Ganesha, this temple is a much-visited landmark of Colombo.
